I am a clinical provider who is in recovery. I believe in recovering with a purpose, out loud. To me recover means that I am better today than I was yesterday, and I am doing the things that I need to do so I am better tomorrow than I am today.

The statements as a general rule are mine, I have done my best to source information that I get somewhere else if I used that information in its entirety, any information resembling that of another source should be brought to my attention. I tend to read a lot and sometimes forget where I read something.

Any stories with names are fictional and any resemblance of a particular story is only coincidental. Many lives look similar and you may relate to the story.
