  1. What are my obstacles, and what is a solution to them?
  2. What does recovery look like to me? What am I in recovery from?
  3. The destructive behavior that I choose not to give up
  4. Who hurt me and what would I say to that person, if I could
  5. Who can I trust when my back is against the wall and I really need help
  6. Playing a game with my inner child
  7. What is addiction to me?
  8. How would you describe yourself?
  9. What is a relapse? What would my relapse look like?
  10. What is your favorite color? Describe it to a blind person.
  11. Write a letter to whoever I have I hurt by my addiction
  12. Describe your perfect world if you could magically make it happen.
  13. Think of a movie character that best resembles you and describe them.
  14. Create a word and give it a definition.
  15. How many licks does it take to get to the chewy sweet center of a tootsie pop?
  16. What made you laugh this week?
  17. What impact have I had physically due to my addiction?
  18. Who do I need to forgive today?
  19. Who needs to forgive me?
  20. What are some ways that I can help someone in need?
  21. What are my feelings about my recovery so far?
  22. What makes you uncomfortable and try to figure out why?
